Please I need help with Unity default message as it gets to "record your name and press the pound key" and it seizes. One can not barge to the default message and it doesnt work properly. Please you all assistance is highly required.
if the system is really locking up when you record then you have a massive installation issue that needs to be looked at by TAC - there's no simple answers we'll be able to give you on the forum to fix your install - sounds like something with the media layer or codec installation at the OS or something there - but if Unity can't even record something you're dead in the water.
Unity is actually recording but not what is said through the phone but what is said around. The procedure for enrollment is hanging and one cant barge in the enrollment srcipt.
Any suggestions will be apperciated
