Customer has the following setup:
DSLmodem<><><><><>NETGEAR Router<><><><>PAP2<><><><>Two Analogue Phones.
Customer has subscriber information correct.
Has latest version 3.1.23
Cannot hear anything when making internal calls, no audio on both only dial tone.
When making outbound calls again he cannot hear his clients, however the client can hear customer in a very low tone of voice.
Any ideas to what could be the issue? is it QoS? Thanks in advance.
