Unified Call Connector client can't find your personal settings information

I've just setup a licensed Call Connector server and am having issues with the client talking to it. The server has all the services running and is setup on the US520 for Radius. When the client starts it loads the connection to the server, but gives the information: Can't find your personal setting information, and the lines do not load nor does the Contact information.

In Outlook all the server connections show as connected, and I have deleted the user and created it a few times on the UCC server. The user account has an ephone assigned to it and I am connecting to it from the client, but I'm just not getting the information to the client.

Any thoughts? I did have this working as a trial before, but this is a brand new install of everything.
