issue with licence

hi,

i have problem with my licence that i have purchased.

i can't receive the licence in to my address mail.

how can you resend me the licence to another address mail.


i have trayed to open a Tac, but i can't do that.


please help

Cisco Licensing is very,very good about these type of things. Just send an email to;


licensing@cisco.com



Something like this;


We recently aquired licenses tied to PAK xxxxxxxxxxx for ????. And we are having trouble receiving the License files at our listed email address. can you please resend the license files to;
