Keepings logs for 1 year

Dear friends!

I wanna keep logs for 1 year and searchable through LMS report generator.

Do i need to set the purge days to 365.. or is there any other setting to do so??

and more over if i rotate the log file on reaching 200 mb.. will LMS search from the rotated file???

Are you referring to syslog messages or general internal system logs?

i am talking about the Syslog messages pushed from Cisco Devices (in RME)... not the LMS Server logs...

Becuase with default settings.. i am not able to see logs olders than 1 month...
