Is there any way to encrypt the called number and Placed number in IP phones.
Because I do not need any body to see the number that I am dialing at the time of call, and I do not need any body to know the numbers that I placed if someone loges to Directory>> Placed Calls.

Easy and quick solution, change contrast to unreadable when need to hide calls, remove calls from log via menu.
All the rest is a lot more complicated than that.

Thank you for your answer.
But I need it as solution required from customer to be applied on all users,
so if any body try to see what his collage try to call he can't and if he try to see the directory he can't.
So, is there any solution???

To remove the option "Placed Calls" you can try making a custom Directories URL.
To remove "Redial" option from the softkeys, modify the Softkey template.
Method depends on whether you are using a CME or CM.

Think of the IP phone as a browser.
When you press DIRECTORIES button the phone actually goes to a specific location to get a web page to display.
The location that the DIRECTORIES button points to can be changed. So you can specify a new location of the web page and put some customized options there.
This would need some basic programming in XML but should be doable.
what you are using- CallManager or CallManager Express?
