Direct Voicemail Transfer

I am using CUE 3.0.3, and when opening the voicemail-system tab using CCA 2.0, there is no option for Direct voicemail transfer. I also cannot transfer directly to a user's mailbox by pressing transfer - # - mb# - transfer. The transfer softkey is not available as an option after the first time it is pressed. The UC 500 is 12.4(11).

Make sure you are running the latest CCA version, 2.0, and the system is upgraded to 7.0.3 Software Pack.

I am running CCA 2.0 on my laptop and didn't see the option to upgrade to this release while in the UC500. Is there a document for the upgrade procedure ? Thanks.

I downloaded the software pack 7.0.3. Is there an upgrade procedure ?

Thanks. I also read some issues with the upgrade failing and since the UC500 has already been installed and working, I will wait to try the upgrade on a new unconfigured switch.
