Is there a way to remotely connect to an IP phone and change its speed duplex?
The phone is alreayd registered to a CME.

Not to my knowledge. Phones are set to auto negotiate by default and would have to be changed using the Settings button on the phone.
Hope this helps.

Hi there,
Here is a great application to allow you to do so
http://www.voipintegration.com/software.html
You may have to copy the link to a new browser for the download prompt to show, I know when I downloaded it the msi was opened in the browser itself.
When unlocking the phone I noticed that it's easier to turn off the automatic screen refresh during this process. Then you can turn it back on.
You will also need to unlock the phone to change the duplex and speed settings, to do this press settings, then **# and you will see the lock status change.
HTH, Please rate and solve if so
Regards,
Justin
