You will be fine as long as all attributes to the account match
First name
Last name
Telephone Number
Domain
Any user that don't fully match will have a new account on the CUCM/CUC server. You would then either have to resolve the missing attribute in the LDAP account or reassociate the new user-accounts if this occurs.
