configure prefixe on outgoing call forwaded to IP GSM gateway

Not applicable

Hi all

I have cisco CME 3.0 instralled on cisco 3745 router

1. all call between cisco ip phone is working fine

2. some call are forwaded to internet

3. some other are forwaded to FXO lines

4. I am installing IP GSM gateway, this gateway is connected on the same switch as CME and IP phone : 4 (begining by 3 or 5 or 6 or 9)types of outgoing call should be forwaded to GSM gateway. And all GSM gateway incoming call should be forwaded to one internal IP phone

I have already configured 3 types (begining by 5, 3 and 6)all incoming and outgoing are working

I have a problem with outgoing and incoming call begining by 9 (for example 956 58 63)

I want that for outgoing call if user want to call number 9xxxxxx, he should dial 759xxxxxx and CME remove prefixe 75 and send only 9xxxxxx to GSM gateway

Please how to configure this prefixe ?

Thanks in advance for your help

dial-peer voice xx pots

destination-pattern 759......

forward-digits 7

port x/y

And, upgrade you CME, you will like it much better.

GSM gateway use SIP

I can't use voice xx pots

1. Do you think that this should work ?

dial-peer voice 9000 voip

corlist outgoing APPEL-GSM

destination-pattern 759......

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:10.6.3.8

dtmf-relay sip-notify

2. What about call forward and transfer-pattern, with is the good one ?

telephony-service

call-forward pattern 759.......

transfer-pattern 759......

telephony-service

call-forward pattern 9.......

transfer-pattern 9......

You need a tranlation-profile and rule the,

voice transalation-profile gsm-out

translate called 10

voice translation-profile 10

rule 1 /^75/ //

dial-peer voice 100 voip

translation-profile gsm-out outgoing

Use codec g711 for this and you will have better results.
