UCM 7.0 CCX 7.0 CCM 4.1 Path Replacement

I have a UCM and CCX 7 setup with a Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled) connecting to CCM 4.1.

My problem is when a person dials into the CCX and hits one of the CTI Ports, lets say its running the default AA script, and dials an extension to transfer to. It say its still connected to the CTI Port on the phone display, they stay connected to the CTI Port the entire call.

If its someone on the UCM 7 environment it works just fine, they reconnect to the proper device and drop the CTI Port.

Any ideas?
