I have to configure Two ACS SE with Internal Database replication.Also I have one active directory server which need to integrate with ACS.My doubt is I need to configure IP address of both the ACS during the installation of Remote agent on active directory or only the primary ACS
That does not matter RA will still work for other appliance. Remote agent could have only one host config provider, but can serve 5
appliance.
