CSS SSL Module Initalization?

Can anyone tell me what it takes to bring a SSL module to primary on a CSS 11503? Here is what I get when I issue a show chassis. If I try to enable a service utilizing the slot I get an error stating its not online so I know I am missing something. Thanks in advance!!

found my answer, this is the compression version of the ssl module and requires version 8 code.....
