Sip Trunk configuration stuck in CCM 4.1

I add new "sip trunk" in my CCM 4.1, but it don`t work, in EventManager I can see this error:

Error: UNKNOWN_ALARM:IPPortConflict -

DeviceName: Asterisk

PortNumber: 5060

DeviceType: 131

App ID: Cisco CallManager

Cluster ID: CCM-Cluster

Node ID: CCM


Recommended Action: .

I dont have any other "sip trunks" in system.Earlier I have few trunks in CCM,maybe this configuration stuck?

How to fix this?

How many CUCM servers do you have in the cluster? Also, do you see this error message on the Pub or one of the Subs?

Please make sure that replication between the Pub and the Subs is working fine.
