Cisco 1711 Warning: Cookie information is corrupt and Bad checksum on cooki

I have Cisco 1711 router. The router went to romon mode.when i am trying to upgrade the IOS via TFTPDNLD and XMODEM, i am getting below error.

Warning: Cookie information is corrupt

Bad checksum on cookie structure, resorting to backup copy

I have tried using TDTPDNLD and XMODEM, but getting the same error at the time of upgrading.
