CLID in ICM for MObile Agents

Hi

I need some help on configuring CLID for calls arriving on CTIOS Desktop & Phones of the agents. The agents are all Mobile Agents and so the CLID needs to be relayed from the LCP/RCP Port to the Agent's Desk Phone.

I'll greatly appreciate all the inputs here.

Are you referring to the inbound CLID or the outbound CLID for these agents?

Inbound CLID. Actually the call could have originated on any of the CCM Cluster to the CCM Cluster interfacing with the ICM.

So I wanted the CLID to be delivered to both the CTIOS Toolkit App & Agent's Cisco Phones( Agent are Mobile Agents and could login from any of the global CCM clusters).

Do let me know if you shall need any more info. I will be grateful for any insights here. Thnx.
