ut see cisco IP-phone as End-Host

Hello,

I have LMS3.1

I cannot see the Cisco Ip-phone as "Ip phone". They are marked as "end Host"

Allthough, the CCM (pubisher) can be joined with SNMP. The Snmp walk tools on this CCM give an answer on OID :1.3.6.1.4.9.9.156.1.2.1

Note that the CCM in topology are green (with a "?" inside the box)

The CCM version is 5.1.3

You need to upgrade to Campus Manager 5.1.3 to support CCM 5.x and higher. Once you do, perform a new Campus Data Collection followed by a new User Tracking Acquisition, and you should see your phones as both end hosts and IP phones.

After upgrading, UT can now see cisco-phone as "IPphones".

Howerver , they are still seen as "Endhost" also. Is-it normal ?

Yes. All IP phones should be both end hosts and IP phones.
