Error Fax

Hi,

i have some problemx with a fax, incoming fax in error, i get just some part of the fax and i had an error.

I have configured them with CCA 2.0 analog port fxs 0/0 is in mode "FAX" signal "loop start" extension "301"

Some fax are good and other are incomplete, what can i do?

What is the PSTN connection? Is it a SIP trunk?

Tenet to the UC500 (192.168.10.1), login and then enter configuration mode by typing "conf t". Enter the commands I gave you earlier and then type "exit". Finally save your config with "write mem".

invalid input detect when i type voice service ports

It is "voice service pots", not "ports"
