Unable to save any workflow in EIM Administration Console

Hi, all.

Just want to check if anyone here encounter the problem to save any workflow (e.g. inbound start workflow etc) in the EIM Administration console? The web browser hang after clicking the "Save" button..

I am using EWIM version 4.2(5a)
