Hai all,
There is an issue with the ip phone of my customer. she says, when made calls to forward to the mobile. The call forwards function times out after 8 hours instead of being permanent. We using ccm5 version.

Does the user log onto the phone with extension mobility?

Have you witnessed this by yourself?
Or someone told you he thinks this is the behavior?
I ask because many times what an end customer says and the actual behavior do not match and the issue is something else
full CUCM version??
The only thing i could think of right now would be db replication issues. Does this happen to phones registered to SUB and PUB??
