I would like to save the view of my portal after I've rearranged the tabs. I am looking at my Private view. currently when I restart ciscoworks service/reboot server, the portal view is revert to default. also if possible I would like to setup a default login view for all users and they have the option to save their own.

The Functional View in the Private Portal cannot be persisted across reboots. This is because that view is built using the dynamic application registration data.

If you want to setup a Portal that all users can see, switch from the Private portal to the Public portal. Users can then set their Portal to be the Public Portal, and they will see your changes. Only administrators can change the Public Portal.
