Hi,
I am looking for best configuration scenario to connect between two offices using WIMAX technology as the media of communication.
to add more complexity, I would have fiber connection between two offices acting as redundancy for WIMAX Link.
What steps are required to do load balancing / failover scenario.

Just a suggestion. If the sites are far apart from each other I would recommend using the Fiber Optic connection as your main connection. Fiber optic is the best media for long distances.

I agree. Use the fibre optic as your primary path. WiMAX for site-to-site is not feasible when you have fibre optic at hand. With fibre optic you can push 1Gb or 10Gb.

Hello,
Site_A===Router_A=======Connected_via_Fiber====Router_B====Site_B
site_A has network 192.168.1.0/24
Site_B has network 10.10.10.1/24
Do I need to have a different IP subnet for Fiber connection link router.
what is the best practise in this example
