What are the upgrade options for someone that currently has Call Manager 4.x and wants to upgrade UCM 7.x when they dont have UCSS? Do they have to purchase all new licensing, or is there an upgrade part number they can use to migrate the licensing?
I don't know how these compare to the full price of a new install. Also depending on the size and complexity of your system, CUWL might also be another option.
