We encountered a problem on Ciscoworks LMS 3.1 where DFM was unable to send email notification regarding a loop that was detected on the switch. Upon checking, the switch is on "Known" status ob DFM and is part of a running notification group. Email notification for that group is running as well. Event set concerning Flapping is also checked and points to the same notification group. The error was logged though on the Syslog Messages report from Device Center.
What are the things that I could check to verify if DFM did not send email notification? Appreciate your help on this.
