DFM DDV strange behaviour

Hi,

We are using LMS3.0 with DFM3.0.0 on Windows.

We are facing a strange behaviour of the DFM. We are trying to open the Detail Device View in order to change the way DFM is monitoring some interface of our switch.

The window open and close instantly. This issue is only for the Switche and Hubs.

We can open the DDV for our routers !

Can you help please ?

Try doing this in Firefox. When the error happens, go to Tools > Error Console. The diagnostics there may be helpful in figuring out what is wrong.

Note: DFM 3.0 has MANY problems on Windows. You should consider upgrading to LMS 3.0.1 and DFM 3.0.5.
