I have a Unity Connections 2.0 client (CUCMBE) that has a shared general mailbox among 12 users. I want to find a way if possible to limit the TUI (Telephone user Interface) login of more than one person at a time to this specific mailbox. Any ideas?

This has been asked before, there is no method to prevent multiple TUI logins.

just as a side note here - Connection 7 offers the option for dispatch messages which is a better approach to pig-piling multiple users onto one mailbox. Every user gets their own mailbox and you can create a distribution list with them all setup to leave a dispatch message for all of them. The first user to retrieve and accept the message removes it from the other mailboxes.
everyone gets their own notification devices/schedules/dial in number etc... considerably cleaner approach.
