The Information URL does not work with an FQDN only the IP address. All the other URLs work fine with the FQND. Any ideas?

confirm that the DNS config is correct. Every domain name must end in a '.'(dot). Most browsers just add this '.' to the end of the domain name.

On CUCM command line interface, try the command below to verify DNS settings:
utils network host www.acme.com
(substitute "www.acme.com" with your FQDN).
