Our queues appears to be opening approx. 10 min early and closing 10 min late everyday. I haven't been able to figure out why.
Here is what I have checked:
*Verified that time on the server matches the IP Phones
*Verified that the NTP server time matches the phones
* Reverified that scripting is pulling time from the IPCCX server
However, when you look in Cisco Supervisor, it shows that a call has ended 5 - 10 min in the future. Any ideas on how to correct this?
