i have strange bahaviour with phone 7961.
this phone is registred with subscriberand it can make calls.
but this phone had 175 as directory number and i can't change this DN and the phone doesn't respond to reset and restart, but the other phone 7941 and 7911 work fine.
i have deleted this phone and regestred him manually again but always memorize the same config.
i restart the call manager ( cluster 6.1 in 2 mcs 7816) but no result.
no idea ?
please help or advice?
thanks in advance

Hi friend, check if your cluster doesn't have database replication issues.
Also, try to reset the ip phone to factory defaults.

after resetting the phone to factory defaults, the phone passed the process of upgrade , the phone still have the same conf (DN:157).
the replication works good, all changes made in publisher , the subscriber have the same info.

Hi friend, try this.
Unplug the phone, then delete the record from device->phone. Finally use the Route Plan Report to delete unassigned directory numbers in Call Routing->Route Plan Report.
Because when a directory number gets removed from a device or a phone gets deleted, the directory number still exists in the CUCM database. To delete the directory number from the database, use the Route Plan Report window.
Hope this help
David.
