Switch initiating a connection

Hello

Thanks in advance for any reply's to this.

I have 4 stacked 3750E's in our datacenter. Everything is running fine, but on my firewall I see that the switch is trying to initiate a connection to my PC every second. The configuration doesn't have our office subnet in configured into it. Before deploying I did configure the switches from my workstation, but that was a year ago.

Why would the switch try to initiate a connection from port 80 to my workstation?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

When you were configuring the switches did you use the graphical interface (which communicates to port 80 on the switch)?

It would be my guess that somewhere in the switch configuration it remembers that your IP was managing it and is attempting to send something to your PC.
