IPCC Express 4.0 Cisco Agent Desktop 6.1 Error Message

Whenever I try to initiate a chat in this application I get the following message "SYSTEM [15:33] : An error has occurred communicating with the Call Chat service. This chat session has closed. I cannot seem to get this fixed and my Phone Services department cant figure it out!!

I have this problem too.

Hi sparker781,

Does your Phones Services Department have a Service Contract with Cisco?

As they have access to the hardware and Cisco Support, I would suggest that your Phones Services Department call Cisco Technical Assistance to open a case on the issue, this type of issue may require tracing.
