Hi Experts,,
We bought new Ip Phones 7965G &7975G, and we have ccm 4.1(3)SR4. The Phones did not registred with the ccm. I Downloded the Load file for ccm 4.2(3)sr5 but still not registred.

Hi Ammar,
You will need to upgrade CCM to at least **4.1(3)sr5b

A. The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7965G and 7945G models require one of the following releases at a minimum: Cisco Unified CallManager **4.1(3)sr5b or 4.2(3)sr2b, or Cisco Unified Communications Manager 4.3(1), 5.1(1)b, 5.1(2), or 6.0(1).

Hi Ammar,
You don't have to buy upgrades within the same release train :)
Here is the path;
Tools & Resources> Download Software> Voice and Unified Communications > Cisco Unified CallManager Version 4.1 > CallManager (Unified CM) Updates
