I was curious what the max number of phones we can operate with Call Manager 6.1.2.1000-13 and Unity 5.0 Build 5.0(1)
on Cisco MCS 7800 Series servers.
Would it handle at least 5000 phones?

Hi Ryan,
Just thought that I would add a note to the great tips from Java and Kelvin (+5 points each guys :)
I just looked this up the other day;
Cisco MCS 7845 (All supported models)
Maximum Users per Server 7500
Cisco MCS 7835 (All supported models)
Maximum Users per Server 2500
Cisco MCS 7825 (All supported models)
Maximum Users per Server 1000
Cisco MCS 7815 or MCS 7816 (All supported models)3
Maximum Users per Server 300
From this excellent SRND 6.x Guide;

Hope this helps!

You're not proving the information needed to tell you, just saying you got MCS is not enough.

What model MCS servers do you have? Please take a look at these specs... It will tell you the platform and number of devices it supports.
