We just installed a UC520 system to one of our clients and they have a problem when calling anybody that has an automated attendant. When the called party auto attendant asks you to enter a number to select an option, the option is not being selected. I advised client to try use # or * before the number but still won't work. Can you please advise? Client is using SIP trunk.
