Hi - What's the best solution to retrieve In/Out packet count and IP source/destination info on a 2950 switch being as IP accounting is not available?

You can't do IP accounting on 2950. It is no applicable for 2950 switch. Instead of that you can do SNMP of interface counters

I agree. 2950 does not support IP Accounting.

Solarwinds Engineer's Toolset v10 has a number of SNMP-based application that will do this job.
