Hi, I am running CUCM7 and have created a Cisco 7960 UDP Template and assigned a speed dial to button 6.
When I import UDP users and use this template, the import is successfully, but when I view the created UDP, the speed dial I have created has moved to button 3 (the first available speed dial button), any ideas why this is?

Hi Ian,

Hi Ian,
You are most welcome my friend! Sometimes, "less is more" when it comes to the Bug Toolkit ;-)
For this search I just used UDP as the "keyword" and CUCM 7.0 as the Product Search. The Bug Toolkit is like an Archeological dig at times.
Hope this helps!
Rob
