How to set video bandwidth?

Hi, How and where do you set video bandwidth, what is defualt bw settings for vtadvantage and also when using a webcam and cupc? Im trying to figure out where this setting is, what it is and how it might be changed so that we can set up correct video bw in cm locations.

Hi,

Video bandwidth is configured in the region's page. Along with audio codec, you choose video bandwidth.

By default its 384 kbps. The max you can have is approx 7068 kbps but for that audio codec needs to be wideband.
