Audit Trail for UC communication

Hi All,

Is there anyway to keep record for changes administrators perform in UC application (e.g. CCM, UCCX, Unity etc.)? I tried to find out but fail. I cannot find out any audit trail for UC application. Only I can find in CCM OS admin CLI mode I can trace the last 20 login... What I need to do is to like using accounting in a switch, all administrators/operators who has change the system will leave records.

Audit function is available on CUCM 7.0 and above. Also, Unity Connection 7, CUPS 7, CER 7, CUMA 7 also have this feature, because they are based on the same OS.

You may use RTMT (RealTime Monitoring Tool) to download audit logs.
