I have CME 2.0 configured with an auto attendant but my ip phones rings only twice and considers them as not available how to set RNA on my ip phones to a larger number.
That was very helpfull and it worked like a flash :), just needed one more thing the customer requires that if the call is not answered then it should be forwarded to the operator extension will that be possible.
