Can Users be accessed through the call attendant IE dial by extension without having to create a mail box for the user.

This requirement is due to a lack of voice mail licenses purchased.

As I am aware you can create a User without a mailbox but this will be based on the administrator template thus you cannot add the users extension as thier is no extension field in the Administrator template.

Dear Brad

Thanks you so much for you help it seems Unity Connection 2.X doesnt have the "allow transfers to numbers not associated" check box in the Call Handler greeting config unlike Unity 7 so you have to create a separate caller input in the standard greeting that points to a Conversation -> Caller system transfer. Ensure you configure the appropriate Call Routing /Direct Routing Rules and Restriction Tables else outside callers will also be able to dial PSTN numbers.
