Hi,

I have a network 192.168.10.0/24....This is in my one of the branch n/w where some servers are kept.....

In my DC i want to same segment as some of the servers from that branch need to be shifted with same IP segment..Dc ip segment is 192.168.11.0 to 192.168.20.0/24.....

Both the places DC & branch is connected via MPLS & OSPF is running on WAN.

In DC i am able to get 192.168.10.0 route through OSPF...

Now i want to connect the server 192.168.10.100 at DC...

Can someone plz tell me how can i do this?

In D i do have 6500 Core switfch with whom WAN router is terminated....

Hello Partha,

if possible avoid to do this.

you can only use EoMPLS with C6500; with routers you could use L2TPv3 vlan based but as you can read in another recent thread it is not supported on C6500 platform.

But this means that you will you have a vlan made of two parts one in the branch and one in the DC.

This kind of design is used sometimes for disaster recovery design between DC and DR sites, but in your case I would give to the server an ip address in an appropriate IP subnet in the DC.

Hope to help

Giuseppe

This is a temporary setup...can u plz guide on the steps to achieve this..
