I didn't find anything in the cisco.com about this error message: 15:35:20.658 FW[Mod 05]: sso_get_reg: ERR sso 1: reg 0xC5 value 0x00 rc 0x80.

Someone knows this error message?

Hello Erick,

this is not an IOS error but an error on module 5 related to SSO

Have you got two supervisors in the same chassis?

Yes, I have two supervisors "RSP720-3CXL-GE", in the modules 5 and 6.

Last time I was in a similar condition I've opened a service request to TAC asking for support.

They gave us useful feedback suggesting a new release that solved the problem we had.
