ACS SE 1113 ver 4.2 booting problem

I have installed one ACS SE 1113 with ver 4.2. it was in working condition. Suddenly I am getting the message "disk read error Ctl+alt+del to restart" via console and it stops working. After pressing Ctl+alt+del, I am getting the same message.

Abhi,

Please try to reimage the appliance and that should fix it. Make sure you are using correct recovery CD or DvD.

Hi Gambhir,

I am trying to reimage with the CSACS SE 1113 recovery CD/DVD ver 4.2. But it is taking more than a hour and the cd/dvd drive is blinking only. No display on the console. Don't know when it will end. But as per docs it will take very little time to reimage.

Any clue/idea regarding how long it will take to complete ? Or any other options ?

Abhi,

Can you plug in monitor to appliance and see what message you are getting?
