I have Cisco Network Assistant, I am attempting to connect to Cisco 4402 WLAN Controller. However, on descovery I get "IOS Command Not Found". Can anyone help me connect ? Many thanks.

Network Assistant supports only autonomous access points. Access points that are managed by a wireless LAN controller are not supported.
If you run Cisco IOS 12.2(25)SEE or later, Cisco IOS 12.2(25)SEG or later, or Cisco IOS 12.1(22)EA7 or later, you must run Network Assistant 4.0 or later.

It's not the Access Points I want to connect to, it's the WLAN controller.

The WLAN controllers are not supported in CNA per the release notes. Keep in mind CNA was designed for switch management.
For WLC management, you can use other products such as WCS.
