Hi,
I want to record names & personalize the welcome greetings into individual mailboxes. Whenever i record my voice & name it still plays the system default cisco standard message....can u plz suggest..

are you sure you have the correct Profile / CSS set on the device to access VM? You can use Unity Port Status Monitor to see what unity is playing.

voice mail working fine...MWI ON/OFF all are going nicely..
