The users in the office are experiencing echo. It is making the system unusable. The problem happened suddenly. Nothing was changed on the UC500. I have tried everything in the Cisco documentation regarding echo problems. I tried echo-cancel enable, echo cancel coverage 24, 48, and 64, echo-cancel mode
2, I tried setting input gain to -3 and output attenuation to 3. I did a shut and no shut on the voice-ports every time I made a change. Nothing made a difference. I do have a TAC case open as well but I need to find a resolution asap.
