calls queue

hi all,

i am having a unique requirement for one of my customer.

i have IPCC 7.2 with CUCM 6.1 and AS 5400 gateways.

now my requirement is to queue the call if agents are busy.

is it possible to achieve this without IPIVR or CVP. is there a possibility to queue the call using some kind of TCL scripting.

any views??

I dont think so as I do not see how ICM would be aware of it and be able to pull the call from it.
