Router Log Viewer not functional

Hello everybody,

The router log viewer in icm is not showing any data, although the call is passing normally.

Any ideas?

Close the Router log viewer and reopen it.

Maybe the Log viewer is connected to the side that is in idle state at the moment.

That can happen when the side changes while the log viewer is still open.

On the top left corner does it say disconnected? If you click on Log > Options what are is your refresh interval and max log entries?
