Set 7900 phone Speed & Duplex from CUCM

Is there anyway to set the port speed and duplex on the 7900 series phones from within CUCM ?.

We have 450 phones that are failing to autonegotiate to 100 Full and so want push a fixed speed change.

This capability does not currently appear in BAT, nor is it available via a DHCP option, or from the CCMAdmin interface. The only way to change the port settings is from the individual phone.
