Unity Express language adding failed

Hello,

I've a fresh install of a UC520 with Version 7.0.3

I wont to add a second language: German.

So I downloaded the following packages:

cue-vm-langpack.ise.7.0.3.pkg

and

cue-vm-de_DE-langpack.ise.7.0.3.prt1

I checked both the MD5-Sums and they are equal to the declaration at the download site by Cisco.

Other than in the insatllation guide described, a software install add command don't enough.

In first I make:

software install add cue-vm-langpack.ise.7.0.3.pkg

Then the system downloaded the file and make something and presented me the menu. I select the german language and going on. The system downloaded now the correct package: cue-vm-de_DE-langpack.ise.7.0.3.prt1

But then the failure:

Validating payloads match registered checksums...

- cue-vm-de_DE-langpack.ise.7.0.3.prt1 .....................................error

ERROR: Payload checksum [bfb84e9b05c9bb48fb7440ea61ebae73] does not match registered payload checksu

That is why i wonder. The official package to download is wrong? See at the download sites: you will find the checkusm of this package is bfb84e9b05c9bb48fb7440ea61ebae73 and not 81cade5516c5bccf9e420e8a33c6ba60 like the system wants. See this in the attachment pic.

What is to do now?

Hi SA,

You will need to open a TAC Case to get the proper "fixed" files as this seems to be happening with a number of the 7.0.3 versions;

I ran the file through an MD5 Check and the results do not match. Just to make sure that any of the Language packs did pass the MD5 check I tried the Danish files and they passed with flying colors.

Have a look at this recent thread where Martin was having a similar problem with the 7.0.3 Swedish Language files;

but then i was totally confused. I downloaded the file from the other site and this one had the rigth md5-sum. So I start the process again with the new file and this is the error:

whats this? i downloaded the file again, from the cisco site an start the process again- and now it starts succesfully! So i think it's not helpful if various versions of the same files are to download from cisco. thats waste of time.
